What is your Return Policy?

At Modern Home Outlet, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesnā€™t go as planned, weā€™ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Hereā€™s how it works:

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, weā€™re unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, weā€™ll cover the return shipping cost.
  • If youā€™re returning an item because you changed your mind, youā€™ll be responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. Weā€™ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, weā€™ll issue either a full refund or a replacementā€”including any original shipping costs.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 daysā€”as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Youā€™ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, weā€™ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping).

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, weā€™ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

If itā€™s been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still donā€™t see it, contact us at support@ModernHomeOutlet.com and weā€™ll look into it immediately.

6. Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return reason. If applicable, weā€™ll clearly communicate this during your return request process.

BRUNSWICK ORDER PROCESS / TIMELINE

Most Brunswick Pool Tables & Shuffleboards are delivered and set up in your home within 4-6 weeks* of your order date. (*6-8 weeks during Q4 & the holidays)

Here is the full order fulfillment process & typical timeline for Brunswick orders:

  1. Game Room Shop processes your order the same day it is received
  2. Brunswick fulfills your order and prepares for shipment: ( Ā ā‰ˆ 2 Weeks)
  3. Your pool/shuffleboard table ships to an authorized Brunswick installer: ( Ā ā‰ˆ 2 Weeks)
  4. The installer will contact you to schedule your preferred date/time of delivery & installation.

NOTICE: Select local installers may require an additional 1-3 weeks to deliver your table. They are motivated to schedule the installation appointment as quickly as possible and require some time after receiving your table before reaching out to you. There are factors (inspection process, resolution of damage, installer's own schedule, etc.) that could contribute to a delay. Your new table will be worth the wait!
